- Coconut milk 1,800 g
- Sugar 180 g
- Salt 9 g

Step 1:
Mix coconut pudding flour, sugar, salt mix together and then add coconut milk.

Mix coconut milk , Coconut pudding flour, sugar , salt then mis together
Step 1:
Preheat the pan over medium heat. Lightly brush each cavity with vegetable oil
Step 2:
Spoon the khanom krok batter into the cavities, cover, and let it cook for 10 minutes
Step 3:
Open the lid when the batter is partially cooked. Spoon the khanom krok topping into each cavity until full, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes
Step 4:
Wait until batter is partially cooked and then add topping and serve
