Khanom Tom with young coconut

Ingredients batter khanom tom
- Glutinous rice flour amrinthip 400 g
- Water 250 ml.
Ingredients filling for khanom tom
- Grated Coconut 500 g
- Coconut sugar 350 g
- Coconut water 1 tbps
Grated Coconut for Coating
- Grated Coconut 300 g
Instructions
Step 1: made the filling for khanom tom
Add grated coconut and coconut sugar into a pan. Stir-fry until dry, then remove from heat and let it cool until warm. Next, shape the mixture into small round balls about the size of a thumb tip or any preferred size. Set aside.
Step 2 : made batter for khanom tom
Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Gradually add pandan water while kneading until the dough becomes smooth
Step 3:
Place a pot on the stove and add water with pandan leaves for fragrance. Bring to a boil. Wrap the filling with dough and shape into small round balls. Then, boil them until they float to the surface, indicating they are cooked. Finally, coat them with grated coconut mixed with a pinch of salt. Ready to serve
