Ingredients for rice ball

  • Glutinous Rice Balls Flour amrinthip 1000 g
  • Taro 400 g
  • Pumkin 400 g
  • Purple sweet potatos 400 g
  •  Water 300 ml
  • Butterfly Pea Juice 180 ml
  • Pandan juice 180 ml

Ingredients for coconut milk

  • Coconut cream 3500 g
  • Thin coconut 2000 g
  • Sugar 550 g
  • Coconut sugar 550 g
  • Salt 10 g

Instructions for rice balls
Instructions

Step 1:
Mash the steamed taro in a mixing bowl, then add Glutinous Rice Balls Flour and knead until combined.Gradually add water, pandan juice, and butterfly pea flower juice while kneading, until the dough becomes smooth and well combined
Step 2:
Roll the dough into small round balls, then place them on a flat plate lightly dusted with flour to prevent sticking.
Step 3:
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the prepared dough balls into the boiling water. Once they are cooked, they will float to the surface. Use a strainer to remove them and transfer to cold water to rest

Instructions for coconut milk

Step 1:
Bring coconut cream and thin coconut in a pot heat the coconut milk over medium heat until it’s warm and steaming.
Step 2:
Put sugar,coconut sugar and salt stir continuously until fully dissolved
Step 3:
Bring rice balls out from cold water and put it in coconut milk stir to 2-3 minute
Step 4:
Turn off the heat and serve while still warm.
