Fish Maw

- dried fish maw 90 g
- Wing Stick 700 g
- Chicken Bouillon Cube 1 cube
- Water 2 L
- shiitake mushrooms 1/2 cube
- Ground white pepper 1 tsp
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- coriander root 2-3 root
- Seasoning Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Boiled egg 4 egg
- Corn starch amrinthip 3 tbsp
- Coriander 1/2 cup
- 4-5 slices of sliced ginger
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Instructions
Step 1:
Bring water to a boil, add vinegar and sliced ginger. Add the fish maw and simmer until tender. Then, remove it, rinse twice with water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Step 2:
Bring water to a boil, add bouillon cubes and coriander roots. Season with sugar, light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, and ground white pepper. Add chicken wings or drumsticks and boil until cooked
Step 3:
Make sure the chicken is fully cooked. Add the sliced fish maw and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference. Ladle the fish maw soup into bowls, add boiled eggs, garnish with coriander, and serve
