Three-flavor fried fish

  • Tempura batter mix flour amrinthip
    2 tbsp
  • whole white sea bass 1
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • diced onion 50 g
  • diced pineapple 50 g
  • diced tomato 50 g
  • fresh red chilies sliced 3
  • tamarind paste 1/2 tsp
  • palm sugar 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1:
Scale the fish, remove the gills and entrails, make slits on both sides, then rinse thoroughly and set aside.

Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan until hot, then fry the fish until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Step 3:
Finely chop the garlic, fresh chilies, pineapple, tomato, and onion. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then add the chopped ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant

Step 4:
Add tamarind paste, palm sugar, and salt. Stir until well combined, then simmer until slightly thickened

Step 5:
Carefully add the fried fish to the pan and gently toss to coat it evenly with the sauce. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with hot steamed rice

Step 6:
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
