Fried bananas and fried sweet potatoes

  • Banana & Fruit mix flour amrinthip
    1000 g
  • 2 bunches of ripe Namwa bananas
  • Sweet potato/Purple sweet potato 1 kg
  • White sesame seeds 50 g
  • Grated coconut 250 g
  • Cold water 500 ml
  • Oil 2-3 Litre
    **Sugar and Salt

Instructions

Step 1:
Peel the bananas and sweet potatoes (rinse them with clean water), then cut them in half or into bite-sized pieces

Step 2:
Add Amarinthip banana fritter flour, cold water, white sesame seeds, and grated coconut, then gradually stir until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Dip the sliced bananas and sweet potatoes into the prepared batter, tossing gently to coat them evenly.

Step 4:
Heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the coated bananas and sweet potatoes until they turn golden brown

Step 5:
Drain the excess oil, then plate and serve
