Instructions

Step 1:
Mix Hat Yai-style fried chicken flour with cold water and stir until well combined

Step 2:
Use the mixture to marinate the meat. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated, then let it marinate for 2 hours

Step 3:
Fry over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and let rest for a moment before serving
