Seafood Crispy Pancake

  • Sea food batter mix flour amarinthip 100 g
  • fresh mussels or mixed seafood 300 g
  • Cold water 140 ml.
  • Egg number 3 1-2 egg
  • Minced garlic 15 g
  • Chopped green onions 30 g
  • Bean sprouts 40 g
  • Seasioning sauce
  • Pepper 5 g

Instructions

Step 1:
Mix Amarinthip brand seafood pancake flour with ice-cold water until well combined, then add fresh mussels or seafood

Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan until hot. Pour the batter mixed with mussels or seafood into the pan to form a thin pancake.

Step 3:
Crack the eggs and spread them evenly over the batter. Cook until golden yellow, then flip and cut into pieces. Set aside next to the pan.

Step 4:
Add bean sprouts, finely minced garlic, and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry with seasoning sauce until cooked. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with pepper and green onions, and serve with chili sauce.
