Chicken pop

  • Kentucky crispy flour 400 g (wet)
  • Kentucky crispy flour 600 g(wet)
  • Seasonning powder wing zaab flavor 1/2 bag
  • chicken breast 1,000 g
  • Water 480 g
  • vegetable oil for frying 1 kg

Instructions

Step 1 :
Mix crispy frying flour with water and stir until well combined. Then prepare the dry flour and set it aside.
Step 2 :
Dip the chicken breast into the prepared crispy batter, then coat it with the wet batter, followed by the dry flour again. Shake off the excess to create a nice, crumbly texture.
Step 3 :
Heat the oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and fry until fullycooked and golden brown. Towards the end, increase the heat to high to help drain the excess oil. Remove the chicken and let the oil drain. Then toss it with “Wing Zaab” seasoning powder.
