Shrimp cake

  • Tempura batter mix flour 100 g
  • Seasonning powder paprika flavor 1/2 bag
  • Bread crumbs amrinthip brand
  • Shirmp 300 g
  • Bouncy pork paste
  • Egg 1 egg
  • Pepper
  • Light soy sauce
  • Sugar

Instructions

Step 1:
Clean and peel the shrimp, remove the vein, then blend until smooth. Add the pork paste and blend together until fully mixed.
Step 2:
Add oyster sauce, egg, ground white pepper, light soy sauce, granulated sugar, and crispy frying flour to the mixture. Then mix in Tasty Choice paprika-flavored shake powder until well combined.
Step 3:
Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, fry the shrimp cakes until golden brown. Then, use a slotted spoon to remove and set them aside.
Step 4:
Toss the shrimp cake with Tasty Choice paprika seasoning powder, then serve.
